More Than a Fundraiser... It’s the Beginning of a Covering.

Join us for The Blue Tarp, the inaugural fundraising reception for Roof Over Head—an afternoon of fellowship, purpose, and hope in action.

What began with witnessing families living beneath damaged roofs and temporary coverings has become a mission to do something about it.

On October 24, 2026, we invite you to gather with us as we officially introduce Roof Over Head to our community, share the heart behind the mission, and show you how together, we can help provide something most of us rarely have to think twice about:

A safe place to call home.

WHY “THE BLUE TARP”?

A Tarp Was Never Meant to Become a Roof.

A blue tarp can be a blessing in an emergency.

It can cover the damage. Keep out some of the rain. Buy a family a little time.

But temporary was never meant to become permanent.

For too many vulnerable families, damaged roofs, deteriorating homes, and temporary coverings become a way of life simply because the resources to make permanent repairs aren't there.

The Blue Tarp represents what Roof Over Head exists to change.

PROUD COMMUNITY PARTNER

When Education & Compassion Come Under One Roof

We are honored to partner with The Ivy Kids, who has generously donated the use of their facility to host our inaugural Blue Tarp Reception.

When one of the owners of The Ivy Kids learned that part of Roof Over Head's global mission includes repairing and restoring schools for children in vulnerable communities, the connection was immediate.

He understood something we deeply believe:

A child's environment can impact a child's opportunity.

Education can be a powerful pathway to a brighter future—but children also need safe, healthy spaces where they can learn, grow, and dream.

That's why this partnership means so much to us. The Ivy Kids isn't simply providing a venue. They are helping us create the space where others can learn about the mission, join the vision, and ultimately help us create better spaces for children around the world.

To The Ivy Kids: Thank you for becoming part of the covering.

Mission

Roof Over Head exists to serve vulnerable individuals and communities through practical restoration that protects both people and possibility.

Our work reaches beyond repairing structures. We believe a secure roof can mean a safer childhood, dignity for an older adult, stability for a struggling family, and renewed hope for an entire community.

Through our initiatives, we are working to:

Rebuild and repair homes for vulnerable families.

Restore schools and learning environments for children in underserved communities.

Support vulnerable children through our Children First Initiative.

Assist elderly homeowners facing critical roofing needs here in the United States.

Build partnerships that turn compassion into sustainable action.

Because sometimes changing a life begins with changing what's over someone's head.

Your Seat Is On Us. Your Presence Matters.

Our inaugural Blue Tarp reception is complimentary, but seating is limited and advance registration is requested.
